Patient: 6 year old female

Complaint: Constant abdominal stomach ache and pain, neck stiffness and pain.  Occasional lower back pain, headaches 2-3 times per week.  Aggravated by stress, going to school each day.

Medical Diagnosis: ADD & ADHD – chronic fatigue.  Possible stomach ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome.

Summary: Headaches resolved, able to focus on school studies better especially math. 
Stomach aches resolved.  Energy levels improved. 
Pain levels 6-7 prior to treatment.  Following treatment 1-2/10Total number of Treatments 7.
